Fighter’s Checklist

Welcome Fighters and Coaches,

To complete the registration for the competition, please follow the checklist and instructions below to ensure you are eligible to compete. The commission will not allow you to compete if you fail to meet any of the following requirements. The deadline for all documents is 14 days prior to the competetion.

Medical Exams

  • Eye Exam:

    • Obtain a dilated ophthalmic evaluation within 365 days prior to the competition. This examination must be performed and signed by an ophthalmologist or optometrist.

  • Bloodwork:

    • You must have tests for the combatitive trio - (1) HIV, (2) Hepatitis B Surface Antigen, AND (3) Hepatitis C Antibody

    • Bloodwork must be collected no more than 180 days before the competition date

  • Physical:

    • A sports physical examination must be conducted 180 days before the competition AND signed by an MD (Medical Doctor) or DO (Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine).

  • Pregnancy Tests:

    • All female fighters are required to provide proof of a negative pregnancy test administered by a licensed medical professional within 7 days prior to the date of the bout.

Fighter Licensing

All fighters are required to register at Michigan LARA and provide the license number to Infinity Muay Thai. Please follow the steps and instructions here to complete registration. Please note: you NEED to upload Physicals, Bloodwork and Eye Exam during registration.
